Chestnut Hill’s Petapalooza brings humans and four legged friends together for a Summertime Festival. Calling all animal lovers! Petapalooza is a celebration of all things “PETS.” Guests can treat their four legged pals to a day in the refreshing doggie pools; explore their futures with a Paw Reader; and pose their best for a Pet Caricaturist. Dog owners will have the chance to visit dog training exhibitions while also visiting onsite veterinarians and pet services. For those guests without a furry friend, Pet Rescue Organizations will be with animals looking for their forever homes. Participating Chestnut Hill restaurants and bars will offer “Yappy Hour” specials starting at 3:00 pm; pets are welcome at participating establishments with alfresco seating.  For tickets and more information visit their website.

BillyJoelBilly Joel Concert
Saturday July 9th 8pm – Citizen’s Bank Park

The Piano man is playing at Citizen’s Bank Park in South Philadelphia for the third summer in a row.  He is the first artist ever to perform at the park for three consecutive years.  There is not much better than a Billy Joel concert unless it’s a Billy Joel Concert outside at arguably one of the best baseball parks in the country.  Nothing says summer like an outdoor concert!  Tickets can still be found in all parts of the park.  Click here for tickets.
