On the 21st of November, the Pennsylvania Convention made up of sixty delegates met in Philadelphia for the Constitution ratification debate. In elections held for the city of Philadelphia, the following gentlemen returned as delegates for the Convention:

 

For the city of Philadelphia

George Latimer, Benjamin Rush, Hilary Baker, James Wilson, Thos. M’Kean.

For Philadelphia County

William M’Pherson, John Hunn, George Gray, Samuel Ashmead, Enoch Edwards.
