On-Street Parking
- On Wednesday evenings, meter parking is FREE in Center City after 5:00 p.m. (boundaries are from the Delaware River to the Schuylkill River and from Bainbridge Street to Spring Garden Street)
- Meter parking is FREE on major holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s, Thanksgiving, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.
- Meter parking is FREE after 11:00 a.m. every Saturday between Thanksgiving and Christmas
