Old City Menorah Lighting

When: December 18, 4:30 pm
Where: Betsy Ross House, 239 Arch Street, Philadelphia

The Old City Jewish Arts Center and Betsy Ross House will join together to host a community Menorah lighting. Celebrate the first night of Hanukkah with traditional foods like latke and doughnuts.

Holidays on South Street Menorah Lighting

When: December 22, 5 pm
Where: 2nd & Pine Streets, Philadelphia

The South Street Headhouse District is holding a Menorah Lighting at the Headhouse Shambles. Rabbi Kamesar and Rabbi Goldman will be present. Light refreshments will be available. Arrive by 4:45 for a prompt candle lighting and short service at 5 pm.

Community Hanukkah Celebration

When: December 21, 6-7 pm
Where: House of Kosher, 9806 Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia

Welcome in the fourth night of Hanukkah with your Northeast Jewish community. Bring your family and friends for an evening of candle lighting, live music by Ken Ulansey, latkes and donuts, and, of course, schmoozing and all of the Hanukkah fun. Nosh will be provided by House of Kosher.

Fitler Square Menorah Lighting

When: December 18, 5-6:30 pm
Where: 23 & Pine Streets, Philadelphia

At sundown, gather with friends and family around the fountain to see the lighting of the Menorah on the third night of Hanukkah. Community rabbis will be in attendance. Join in song with hot cocoa and fried potatoes.

One Crazy Night Hanukkah Fest

When: December 22, 7:30 pm – 11:30 pm
Where: World Cafe Live, 3025 Walnut Street, Philadelphia

Join young professionals and grad students for the largest Hanukkah Fest in Philadelphia. One Crazy Night is a Hanukkah Bash, Concert and Night of Reveling! There will be live music, L’chaims, sufganiyot, chocolate gelt, an ugly Hanukkah sweater and onesie contest, and a Menorah lighting.

Chanukah on the Avenue

When: December 18, 4 pm
Where: The Singing Fountain

The Annual Chanukah Extravaganza on East Passyunk Avenue features music, celebration and connection with the local community.
