West Philly Orchestra Summer Dance Parties

Pentridge Station Beer Garden, 5116 Pentridge St, Philadelphia, PA
July 4th, 5 pm – 11pm

This event will feature folk brass music by the West Philadelphia Orchestra and transcendent dance music by DJ Hydrophonic. It is also kid friendly, so bring the entire family to enjoy a night of dancing at this seasonal beer garden.

Making Time “You’re Welcome America” with Dave P.

Bok Bar, 800 Mifflin St, Philadelphia, PA
July 4th, 2 pm – 10 pm

Celebrate America’s Birthday with food, drinks, amazing views and music. This July 4th, Bok Bar, a rooftop bar in the city, will be filled with the D&B Audiotechnik Sound provided by Tripp Sound. Dave P. will provide a “transcendental experience,” and it’s completely free. The rooftop location is also a great place to view Philadelphia’s fireworks.

Red, White, & Blue To-Do in the Historic District

John Adams declared a day of “pomp and parade” in 1776, so Philadelphia has made sure to commemorate this occasion of independence. This all-day event includes the Red, White, & Blue To-Do Pomp & Parade, the All American Block Party, extended hours at historic sites, happy hours, flag raising and a concert on Independence Mall. The block party, which will take place from 11am – 3pm, will consist of food trucks, games, activities, and music and dance performances at eight different sites.

Celebration of Freedom Ceremony

This event kicks off the Independence Day celebrations with a presentation by Mayor Cherelle L. Parker, featuring guest speakers who will reflect on America’s history of freedom. The program will also include music performances and an awards ceremony that recognizes organizations and individuals that have made an impact in the city.

Fourth of July at Liberty Point

July 4th, 2pm – 12am

This July 4th celebration features three stages, food vendors, over 25 DJs, and incredible views of the fireworks on the Delaware river. The party is a 21+ event, with tickets starting at $17.80 for entrance between 2pm – 7pm and $23.13 for 7pm – 12am entrance.

July 4th Freedom Festival

Celebrate this 4th of July at Pleasant Hill Park with food, fun and fireworks. There will be food vendors, live entertainment, and activities for all to enjoy.

July 4th Concert and Fireworks | Benjamin Franklin Parkway

Philadelphia’s Wawa Welcome America festivities end with a huge show and a spectacular firework display. This year’s show will be headlined by Grammy Award-winning musicians Jazmine Sullivan, a Philadelphia-born R&B singer, and LL Cool J, the first rapper to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The firework show will then begin over the Philadelphia Museum of Art. This massive celebration is free for everyone.

Salute to Independence Parade

E. Market St. between 2nd St. and City Hall, Philadelphia, PA
July 4th, 11am – 12:30pm

This event is a great way to celebrate America’s history and culture. The parade will begin at 5th and Chestnut Streets with a traveling dance production, pass in front of Independence Hall, and travel west through Old City to Broad and Arch Streets. Other entertainers featured in the parade include the World Champion Reading Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corps, as well as the Corotegas Latin Marching Band. Bring your lawn chairs, family and friends to enjoy this historical celebration.

Red, White and Views | Assembly Rooftop 4th of July Fireworks Viewing Party

This evening is the Ultimate Viewing Bash to watch the Wawa Welcome America Concert and Philadelphia’s firework show.
