Summer is still in full swing and there is plenty to do in the City to enjoy this second weekend of August. This week’s pick three is all about the festivals and with music, culture, and the only vegan food and drink festival, there is sure to be something for everyone!
Festival of India
August 12th 1pm-7pm – Penn’s Landing

Jazz on the Ave Music Festival
August 12th 12pm-8:30pm – Broad Street and Cecil B. Moore Ave.
This is the 11th year for “Jazz on the Ave”, a music festival featuring the Philly Soul Stock. The outdoor festival is free and features lots of fun for the entire family including a kid zone with face painting, rock climbing, and food and craft vendors. S.E.E.D. Festival
August 13th 3pm-6pm – Sugar House Casino
S.E.E.D. which stands for sustainable everyday edibles and drinkables is a food and beer community that will host the second annual fully vegan beer and food festival this Sunday at Sugar House Casino.
