Fourth of July was marked by overcast skies and rain in the evening, but that didn’t stop Philadelphians and visitors from all over from celebrating our nation’s birthday with the Wawa Welcome America! Party on the Parkway and other festive gatherings throughout the city.
Philly Happening had was on hand to snap some candid photos of Fourth of July festivities on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
Overcast weather didn’t stop thousands of people from gathering on the Parkway. The stage in the background played host to the performers for Monday’s concert on the Parkway.
