People shopping for beer on Black Friday should make it a point to stop by the Foodery – Philadelphia’s premier bottle shop – to check out their collection of craft and import bottles and more importantly to enjoy samples of Federal Donuts and Reanimator Coffee. That’s right, they’ll be giving out free donut and coffee samples to people waiting in line!
For those who may not be familiar, the Foodery is a beer aficionado’s dream with aisles of killer craft beer bottles that they can build a mix-and-match six-pack from. In the most basic terms it’s a take-out beer store, offering everything from Yards’ Philadelphia Pale Ale, Weyerbacher’s Blithering Idiot and Flying Fish’s HopFish India Pale Ale to international beers ranging from Hitachino Nest Beer (Japan) to Lindemans (Belgium). They have three locations in Northern Liberties, Center City and Roxborough.
