The I Hate Steven Singer Guy LOVES front line heroes, doctors, nurses and hospital workers.
Steven Singer Jewelers (a 2020 Philly Happening List Finalist for Best Jeweler) wants to spread the love by using a portion of their famous 24 karat gold dipped roses purchased to support our front-line heroes, doctors, nurses, EMTs and local restaurants. A portion of every rose purchase will be used to send in meals ordered from local Philly restaurants to essential hospital workers and first responders. While this program was launched as a Mother’s Day promotion, Steven Singer has already extended it until the end of the year as long as there is a need.

Temple Hospital Drop-Off from Sabrina’s.
The first 50 meals were sent on Monday, April 20, to Pennsylvania Hospital, 800 Spruce St. and PENN Medicine. From Mother’s Day rose purchases to date, Singer and local restaurants have supplied hundreds of free meals in the Philadelphia, Detroit and Indianapolis areas to hospitals including Pennsylvania Hospital, Penn Presbyterian, Temple University Hospital, and Jefferson. Restaurant partners so far have included Hungry Pigeon, El Fuego, Bazbeaux Pizza, Milk Boy, Del Rossi Cheesesteaks, New Wave Cafe, Manny’s Deli, Bucharest Grill, Rybread, Sabrina’s Cafe and others.
“My heart breaks for the world! It breaks for those who have lost loved ones, those who are ill, small businesses and independent restaurants and everyone effected by this ugly virus, and that is everyone. We want to spread a little love this Mother’s Day, especially to the heroes on the front lines. We are unable to make masks or sanitizer, so we came up with an alternative way to say thank you to the unsung heroes on the frontlines. For starters, we have scheduled over 2,000 meals to go out – and that is just the beginning. We challenge other businesses that are in a position to do so to join us in giving back.” – Steven Singer.
On top of dipped roses, Steven Singer’s website also has a host of other ideas to show Mom the love – especially during unprecedented times when we all need the support of our families more than ever. Other gift ideas for this Mother’s Day include everything from diamonds to her favorite jewels, from bracelets to necklaces and everything in between.
