Saturday, November 19th beginning at 5:00pm Rolling Barrel Events will welcome over 20 regional microbreweries, belly busting soup and stew samplings from Brulee Catering, and special dessert presentations by Franklin Fountain, Betty’s Speakeasy and Hank’s Gourmet Beverages. To round off an already fantastic event, attendees can relax with a John Hay’s Cigar as well.
The 2nd Annual Stout and Chowder Festival’s efforts will raise funds to support the historical Independence Seaport Museum, a Philadelphia landmark.
If you’re participating in “No-Shave November” and want a chance to show of your burliest of beards, enter the Burley Beard Competition for a chance to be named the official mascot of the Stout & Chowder 2012 Festival. Besides becoming an honorary representative of the Festival, the lucky winner will also walk away with a one of a kind trophy and other fantastic prizes.
