Food Network’s high octane restaurant saving show Restaurant Impossible comes to Philadelphia’s La Stanza on this week’s all new episode on Wednesday, April 25th at 7:00pm on the Food Network. Host Robert Irvine does the impossible in two days, with only $10,000 he swoops in to save restaurants that are quickly drowning and will soon be forced to close their doors. With Irvine’s resourcefulness, drive, devotion and culinary expertise, local restaurants like La Stanza get second chance.

Local restaurant, La Stanza, is currently being managed by the owner’s daughter, Lucia, who has zero restaurant experience, until Robert that is. This episode of Restaurant Impossible shows the troubles and triumphs Lucia and Robert face as they try to save this local eatery. From updating the depressing decor, to restructuring the menu with new mouth watering eats, Robert has his hands full for a mission that may prove to be impossible.

Watch April 25th at 7:00pm to see if Robert is able to help Lucia and her family owned/operated restaurant here in Philadelphia.
