Registration for the 2015 Blue Cross Broad Street Run lottery is now open until Friday, February 13 at 11:59 p.m. If you are selected to be a participant through the lottery, you will receive a confirmation e-mail on February 17 and your credit card will be charged the $43.00 registration fee.

If you’re interested in running with a group of friends or family members, you can register as a group – 2 to 7 people per group.  If your group is selected, everyone in the group is accepted in the lottery.  If your group is not selected, none of the group members are selected in the lottery.  Groups have the same chance as individuals of being selected. Those who elect to register as a group must first set up their group on the registration page of the website (use the standard lottery registration page and select “start or join a group” to register as part of a group). Each individual is required to register as part of the group during the lottery period.

Veteran runners – those who have run the race for 10 years, consecutively or non-consecutively – must enter the lottery. However, if you do not get in through the lottery you can gain a guaranteed veteran entry which will be accepted if submitted by March 1.

If you are not selected in the lottery don’t worry charity runner bibs will still be available through: The American Cancer Society, The Fairmount Park Conservancy, Students Run Philly Style, and  Back On My Feet.
