It’s officially Fall and Philly is finally starting to cool off! There are lots of fun outdoor activities this weekend to get you out and enjoying the weather. The Arts in Philly rule this week with art, music, and food. Enjoy!

Friday September 30th 6pm-10pm – Snyder Avenue and Swanson Street

October is Mural Arts Month and the Kick off party is this Friday! A $5 donation to the Mural Arts Program is suggested when attending this party to show off the program’s newest murals at Swanson Walk: four new murals in South Philadelphia’s Snyder Plaza.

There will be DJ music and a line up of Philly food trucks so come on out to celebrate mural arts here in the city of brotherly love!

Saturday October 1st 12pm-8pm – 13th Street between Market and Locust Streets

Celebrate the start of Fall with the business owners, residents, and lovers of Midtown Village. Enjoy food, drinks, live music, and more this Saturday.

There will be multiple stages, delicious food from area restaurants, and vendors selling their wares. Enjoy and happy October!

Saturday October 1st 5:30-9:30pm – Independence Mall

This FREE event is in its 6th season!! Bring chairs, blankets, and picnic baskets to watch Puccini’s Opera, Turnadot on the big screen outdoors on the lawn at Independence Mall. The first 1,000 visitors get a free seat cushion. The event is free but registration is recommended. Register by clicking here.
