Philadelphia International Unity Cup
November 5th 12pm-8pm – Citizen’s Bank Park

Since mid-April Philadelphia has been hosting a world-cup style soccer tournament with mostly immigrant players from around Philadelphia.  The Philadelphia International Unity Cup series has consisted of matches between 32 teams leading up to this weekends championship game.

To celebrate the culmination of the tournament there will be an array of fun, family-friendly activities and best of all the event is FREE!  Come join in the fun and watch the very first soccer match to be played at Citizen’s Bank Park.  For more information click here to visit the website.

beerbacon-festivalPhiladelphia Bacon and Beer Festival
November 6th 2:30pm-5:00pm – 23rd St Armory, 22 S 23rd St

Beer, Bacon, and Festival all in one title?!?! Count us in!  That’s right the Bacon and Beer Festival returns to Philly for the 4th year straight! A number of amazing restaurants and Breweries will be showing off their Bacon and Brews at the 23rd Street Armory this Sunday.

Regular tickets are $50 and VIP Baller tickets are $80, they can be purchased by clicking here. Proceeds from the festival will be going to MANNA.

Flyers Wives Carnival 
November 6th 1:30pm-6:00pm – Wells Fargo Center

flyers-wivesThe Flyers Wives Carnival is one of the oldest and most successful one-day events hosted by a professional sports franchise. The Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival is a genuine family affair that involves participation of the Flyers players, management, staff, alumni and families.  The carnival, which has been held since the 1970’s will have lot’s of family-friendly games and activities as well as lot’s of chances to meet players.

Tickets are $15 for kids and $20-$35 for Adults and proceeds go to the Flyers Charities which proudly supports a multitude of worthy non-profit organizations that provide educational
