What it interesting, is the average parking ticket issued by the PPA (Philadelphia Parking Authority) is $36.
Yes, you are reading it correctly. A ticket for getting caught with 1oz or less of weed in Philly is now CHEAPER than forgetting to put money in a parking meter!
