That may sounds like plenty of registered donors, but in reality an average of 18 people die each day because they didn’t receive an organ transplant in time. Did you know that every ten minutes another name is added to the list of patients waiting for an organ transplant, for a total of over 113,000 patients on the waiting list. With numbers as powerful as these, we hope that you will strongly consider checking YES next time you are asked if you would like to be listed as a donor.

DASH FOR DONOR AWARENESS
The Gift of Life hosts and annual walk in Center City consisting of a 5K and 10K run and 3K walk. The Dash raises fund for the Gift of Life to support organ donation and awareness.
