10873436_844941225526517_6612751180412014032_oPet and animal lovers are in luck this weekend. The Greater Philadelphia Pet Expo has returned with exotic animal attractions, flyball tournaments, Dynamo Dogs, a rainforest reptile show, and more that will amaze spectators of any age.

The Pet Expo, which started last night and runs through Sunday, January 11, will take place at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. The event will feature pet vendors, educational and entertaining performances, special attractions, a hands-on petting zoo and pet adoptions.

“The Greater Philadelphia Pet Expo is a great event for pet lovers of all ages and families,” Karen Garetano of Family Pet Shows said. “Attendees look forward to bringing their pets and shopping for unusual and cool pet products. We endorse responsible pet ownership and care and many attendees come to talk to the rescue and adoption groups about getting a pet. And attendees get to see many different types of pets and exotic animals in one place they may not normally be able to see in one setting.”

There will be several new activities at this year’s event, including Gail Mirabella and the Dynamo Dogs Trick Dog Show Routine, Frisbee Dog Acrobatics, and a Flyball Tournament by Hard Drive Flyball Club.

The Pet Expo isn’t just for the two-legged members of the family. Attendees are welcome to bring their well-behaved pets.
