CMR CPR (An American Heart Association Training Site) is hosting a free virtual CPR class via Zoom on Thursday, April 30 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. This Virtual “Friends and Family” CPR class will be presented in a fun and stress-free environment. (After all, you’ll be home!) Rodney Millspaugh- NREMT/Paramedic, American Heart Association Instructor, Owner of CMR CPR, LLC will be teaching the class.
Learn how to recognize the signs of Cardiac Arrest and effectively perform CPR and rescue breathing and how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in the event of a Cardiac Arrest. You will also learn how to relieve choking in adults, children and infants. There will also be information on life-saving equipment such as Breathing Barrier Devices and LifeVac (the anti-choking device).
