american red crossPerhaps you’ve never called them in an hour of need, but if you needed to they’d be there. The Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Red Cross (SEPA) that is.

There when you need them most ~ SEPA

The SEPA is proud to be one of the largest chapters in the entire country and in 2003 became the first chapter to have their own Red House, a temporary housing facility for victims of disaster. An organization that provides necessary services and aid to millions of people every day, requires support from their community. The American Red Cross is a charitable organization, not a government agency. It depends on volunteers and the generosity of people like you to perform their mission, and one method of gaining support is through the American Red Cross’ Annual Red Ball Gala, an evening of celebration, collaboration and charity.

Since being founded by Clara Barton in 1881, the Red Cross has been a consistent lifeline for people when they need us the most. The depth and breadth of our services – whenever and wherever they’re called for – is unmatched by any organization in the world.
