imageOn April 16 the American Liver Foundation will be hosting its 11th Annual Flavors of Philadelphia – a gourmet event not to be missed – featuring many of Philadelphia’s top chefs who assemble for a night of elaborate table décor, exquisite food, and a great cause. The event takes place from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Loews Hotel.

At the event guests will not only eat the food, but will experience it as well. This is one dinner that goes beyond the traditional gala setting. Culinary experts from across the state will prepare a multi-course meal showcasing their signature dishes.

Flavors of Philadelphia was first stirred together in 1991 by James Beard, Award winning chef Christopher Gross in Phoenix. Chef Gross and other area chefs were interested in supporting the mission of the American Liver Foundation. Today the event is hosted by the organization in more than 20 cities across the country and raises millions of dollars annually to support the work of The American Liver Foundation.
