Recipe: Pumpkin Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
1/2 cup Pumpkin Pie Filling
2 T. Unsweetened Applesauce
2 T. Vanilla Protein Powder
1 T. Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Raisins
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350’F. Then combine all ingredients in bowl until mixed thoroughly.
2. Drop batter by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten cookies slightly with the back of your spoon.
3. Bake cookies for 10 minutes. Flip, bake for 10 more minutes.
