Two things are true… One, the largest Groundhog Day celebration is right here in Pennsylvania, and two, Philadelphians love to celebrate pretty much anything with a cocktail.  According to folklore, if our furry friend pops out of his home on February second and doesn’t see his shadow, Spring is sure to arrive in a jiffy so we should celebrate with some sunny libations!  If dear Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow, however, we are in for 6 more weeks of winter, a good enough reason to cozy up and drink away the winter blues!  Here are 3 drinks for each outcome for you to try!
