The newly remodeled Fine Wine and Good Spirits Store doubles the size of the previous store on South Street. With over 4,500 square feet of sales area, this entirely new store will create an enjoyable shopping experience with its attractive flooring, lighting, walls, and shelving. With over $500,000 in new capital investment in the property, the expanded store is better designed to serve the needs of the surrounding neighborhoods of Bella Vista, Queen Village, Washington Square West, and Society Hill, and other visitors to the South Street Headhouse District. The store features a 12-foot wall, which will carry 55 Chairman’s Selection Wines, along with all the other brands and products carried by the PLCB. The brand new storefront, designed by Philadelphia-based J.K. Roller Architects, brings a beautiful new appearance to the street with its metal and wood paneling, attractive lighting, and new glass front. This store, both on the outside and the inside, represents a great addition and investment in the South Street Headhouse District business community.

Adams, Chairman of the South Street Headhouse District and owner of Bistro Romano. “This store is part of the ongoing series of investments, expansions, and new businesses that is happening in the district, is an exciting addition to the increasing quality of the businesses located here, and will continue to make South Street an important commercial corridor for the area.”
