Acclaimed author Walter Issacson will appear at the Free Library of Philadelphia located at 1901 Vine Street on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 7:30pm to read exceprts from his 2011 bestselling novel Steve Jobs, a biography about the late Apple genius Steve Jobs. The biography is comprised of over 40 interviews Issacson personally conducted with Jobs, as well as over 100 interviews with family, friends and collegues of Jobs. Issacson’s words will bring you closer to the extradinary mind of Jobs, a mind that transformed technology as well know it. You will learn more about Jobs life and what triupmhs and challenges he tackled both personally and professionally.
This is a ticketed event with limited seating. Tickets are $15 per person or $7 for students; there is a 2 tickets maximum per person. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis beginning at 7:30pm.
