The Philly Mart Winter Pop upThe Philly Mart, Philadelphia’s, newest, open air artisan and antiques market will launch in February with an indoor winter “popup” shop right on Main Street in Manayunk.

The Philly Mart winter pop up is a unique partnership with The Transfer Station, an innovative Manayunk startup offering a retail marketplace, co- working space, creative labs and resource center for artists and entrepreneurs at 4120 Main Street, Philadelphia, 19127.

The Philly Mart will feature original art, photography, housewares, collectibles, jewelry, up-cycled wood and glassware, ceramics, knit wear, and art prints with an emphasis on handmade.

The two-day winter pop up will be held Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is curated, meaning vendors were chosen from a pool of artisans from Reading to South Jersey.
