Ingredients:
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup Champagne
1/2 cup Cranberry juice
Crushed ice
Directions:
Combine the vodka, Champagne and juice in a large-stemmed red wine glass. Add crushed ice and stir until the mixture is well chilled. If desired, garnish with orange strips over the glass and serve.

Ingredients:
2 oz. Citrus Infused Vodka
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. white cranberry juice
Lemon-lime soda
Lime juice
Directions:
Combine Citrus infused vodka, Triple Sec, and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into tall rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with soda and lots of fresh lime juice. Garnish with blue ribbon around the glass if you feel creative and chic.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Johnnie Walker Black Label
1/2 oz. apricot brandy
1/4 oz. pomegranate sour syrup
Splash of Ginger ale
Directions:
Serve in a highball glass over ice and garnish with a cherry

Warm up by the fire with this classic adult coffee. A little Irish pep will warm you from the inside out.

1 Cup of your favorite coffee
1.5 oz. of Irish Whiskey
1.5 oz. of Irish Cream
Dash of nutmeg
Whipped cream
Directions:
Pour a mug of fresh brewed coffee. Add whiskey and Irish cream to coffee, top with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
