East Passyunk Ave Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Hop on down to South Philly for EPA’s annual Easter egg hunt for children age 10 and under. This great event is Free! Kids will decorate egg-collecting bags and hunt for candy filled eggs. Special eggs will have a golden ticket inside with certificates to select local retailers. The hunt is on at the South Philadelphia Older Adult Center’s Outdoor Garden, located at East Passyunk Ave & Dickinson Street.
Hunt times vary by age group. Children age 4 and under will hunt at 11 am; Children ages 5-7 will hunt at 12pm; Children ages 8-10 will hunt at 1 pm.

82nd Annual Easter Promenade on South Street

Starting at 5th Street at 12:30 pm the SSHD kicks off the 82nd Annual Easter Promenade. The Philadelphia Freedom Band will be there along with South Street’s Tallest Easter Bunny. Join in on the Bunny Hop down to 2nd Street Plaza and then participate in the Easter Bonnet and Costume contest at 1:00 pm.Lots of Easter Fun for the whole family!
Community Easter Egg Hunt

A free event with 35,000 eggs! Egg hunts held every 10 minutes for kids 1-2, 3-4, 5-7, and 8-10. Register online at WWW.PHILLYEGGHUNT.COM to participate and chance to win a $200 shopping spree at Toys R Us. The event includes a petting zoo, balloon animals, face painting, and photos with the Easter Bunny. This FREE event is at Gorgas Park, 6300 Ridge Ave.
Children must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
