Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

(2) 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese
3 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
Your favorite Hot Sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional)
1/2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
Tortilla Chips, celery and other dippers

 

Directions:

1. Boil Chick Breast until cooked thouroghly. Remove from water and allow to cool. Shred chicken by hand into medium sized bowl.

2. Add approximately 1/2 cup of your favorite hot sauce (we recommend Frank’s Red Hot)
You may use more or less depending on how much heat you want the dish to have

3. Add 1 cup of ranch or blue cheese dressing to the chicken mixture

4. Spread softened cream cheese across the bottom of a 9×9 glass baking dish, or small rectangular oven safe dish. Spread chicken mixture over cream cheese and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top (too much cheese will make for difficult dipping)

5. Place in oven at 350°F for 20-30 minutes

This dish is traditionally served with tortila chips of celery, however you can also use triscuits, crackers, and other cut vegetables. You can also use mozzerella cheese in place of cheddar or both~get creative!
