Philly Happening list winner for best burger, Smoking Betty’s menu has lot’s of delicious BBQ to choice from but our choice is the TUR-DUK-EN BURGER with homemade stuffing, southern-style gravy, homemade cranberry sauce, and sweet potato ribbons. YUM!
Varga Bar was a 2016 Happening List finalist for best burger and it doesn’t take a fancy name to please here. This pick is to prove that burgers some in all ways and are for all eaters herbivores and carnivores alike! At Varga Bar we choose the veggie burger with heirloom tomato, english cucumber, cheddar, truffled aioli, sprouts, organic green salad with white balsamic vinaigrette.
Nick’s is a Philly staple so it was no surprise when they became 2016 Happening List finalists for best burger. The burger menu at Nick’s is amazing but if we had to choose just one it’s the Apple Bacon, it has cheddar cheese, applewood bacon, and apple onion jam. Apple onion jam?? Have you ever heard of such a thing? Delicious!
