With a heavy heart today Phillies fans all over learned that after eight consecutive seasons with the Philadelphia Phillies, Shane Victorino will say aloha Philly and well, aloha Los Angeles Dodgers. Trading Victorino to LA means the Phillies have acquired right-hander Josh Lindblom, right-hander Ethan Martin and a player to be named later or cash (as reported by ABC).

Today the Phillies also announced that Philadelphia will say goodbye to Hunter pence, who only spent one season with the Phillies. Pence will join the Giants in exchange for outfielder Nate Schierholtz, catcher Tommy Joseph and right-hander Seth Rosin (as reported by ABC). Now what will we do with all our Hunter Pence bobble heads at the August 21st game??

Weigh in with Philly Happening about your thoughts on the departing Phillies players and new additions to the team below.
